Jaymi’s 8-years at publicly listed, Peet Limited, saw her work on numerous residential projects across Western Australia.
Experience on projects at differing stages of maturity and subject to diverse sub-market influences saw Jaymi able to quickly apply her skills to the Melbourne market.
Jaymi joined the Jinding Developments team in 2020 and currently holds the position of Development Manager, responsible for delivering Harriott at Armstrong Creek and Octave at Junction Village.
Richard’s extensive experience spans site acquisition through to project delivery, sales, marketing, approvals, and project management. Richard is a well-rounded end-to-end expert across the development spectrum.
Before joining Jinding Australia, Richard spent 12 years at Cedar Woods Properties – a publicly-listed development group. Initially appointed as Development Manager on Williams Landing, one of Victoria’s premier masterplanned communities in Melbourne’s west, Richard soon became responsible for Cedar Woods’ medium density portfolio where he oversaw the Victorian projects and its teams in various stages of development. Other significant projects include Carlingford Estate, Realm Camberwell, St. A, and Jackson Green. At Cedar Woods he was also an integral part of the leadership team, guiding business strategy and improvement.
Richard is currently overseeing Jinding Developments projects in planning and supports Liz in new business objectives.
Overseeing trading projects, Simon has delivered masterplanned communities in QLD, NSW and VIC over more than 25 years.
Prior to joining Jinding Developments in 2019, Simon worked with Country Garden Australia in New South Wales overseeing XXX. For more than 10 years, Simon was the General Manager and Head of Development at Xcel Property Group (NSW & QLD) where he oversaw a number of large master planned communities. This included :
– Rezoning for a new township in regional NSW of over 4,500 dwellings, and regional commercial / town centre hub.
– Plantation Palms – Mackay QLD, 2,000 plus residential master planned estate, the largest in LGA.
– Western Sydney NSW, master plan and infrastructure coordination of approx. 10,000 allotments, plus retail/commercial requirements.
Simon is also a past Executive Committee Member UDIA Mackay and has held a not-for-profit board position for a housing provider.
Simon leads a team of Development Managers and oversees delivery for Jinding Developments trading projects.
Samantha is a financial and investment analyst with extensive experience in modelling and finance solutions for complex projects.
Samantha’s role at Jinding focuses on the procurement of project and corporate capital, feasibility and scenario analysis, process implementation and project reporting. Samantha has comprehensive experience across Real Estate investment including risk analysis and structured finance.
Before joining Jinding Developments in mid 2019, Samantha leveraged her passion for property at IDA Property Group – a provider of innovative capital solutions for the Australian development and property sector. Prior roles included DigiPlex in the UK, where she was responsible for preparing the financial models used to obtain debt, equity, bond and hybrid funding for construction of the company’s new Data Centre projects throughout Scandinavia and Ferrier Hodgson – corporate restructuring and insolvency.
A registered Chartered Accountant, Samantha is also a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society.
Samantha supports the Jinding team with funding and finance solutions across all existing development projects and new business.
The team is headed up by Liz Ronson, seasoned property expert with over 20 years experience leading teams for Australia’s most recognised developers.
Liz joined Jinding Australia in 2018, and has almost 20 years of experience in property development. Over her career she has delivered projects in Western Australia, Victoria and Queensland, specialising in master-planned and residential communities. Liz is also experienced in commercial, industrial and medium density.
Liz has held senior positions in Villawood and Mirvac, and prior to Jinding was the Development Director at Peet – a well-established, publicly-listed and awarded national developer.
Committed to the development industry, Liz has been actively involved in the Urban Development Institute of Australia for a number of years, and was on the Board of Directors for the Queensland Chapter. Liz was part of the expert judging panel for the 2019 Victorian Awards for Excellence.
As Managing Director, Liz is responsible for driving the growth of the Jinding Developments business. This means leading a team of property professionals to deliver on Jinding’s commitment to provide quality, innovative and sustainable development. At the same time, Liz is actively seeking opportunities to expand the portfolio through industry knowledge, market foresight and careful planning.
Sara’s 12 years in property marketing span land development and built form in Australia and the UK. She oversees project marketing across the Jinding Developments portfolio.
Sara has worked on some of Victoria’s most recognised new communities overseeing marketing and community development. She has successfully delivered marketing and sales strategy for a wide range of projects at through a range of market cycles. This includes the branding and launches of greenfield developments from 300 up to 11,500 lots and urban regeneration schemes of over 1,000 units in London and York.
With experience in both listed and private companies, Sara has a strong track record of both project and corporate marketing strategy and broad ranging experience, networks and market knowledge.
An active industry participant, Sara is a past Chair of the UDIA’s Women in Property Committee, sitting member of the Leadership, Industry Workforce and Diversity Commitee and has been a leading hand in the delivery and evolution of the UDIA’s mentoring program since 2017.
Sara leads the project marketing team at Jinding Developments and supports corporate brand development and initiatives.
